Rene Schoofs (* 28. Januar 1985 in Esslingen am Neckar) ist ein deutscher Eishockeyspieler, der seit 2001 beim SC Bietigheim-Bissingen in der 2. Bundesliga unter Vertrag steht. Sein Bruder Pascal ist ebenfalls ein professioneller Eishockeyspieler.
