Martin Crepinsek wurde am 1. Januar 2005 im slowenischen Celje geboren und bringt internationale Erfahrung auf Junioren-Niveau mit. Seine Eishockeyausbildung absolvierte er bei HK Celje und HK Olimpija Ljubljana, ehe er Stationen in Österreich, den USA (Rock Springs Grizzlies / NCDC) und Deutschland durchlief. In der Saison 2023/24 wechselte er zu den Starbulls Rosenheim U20 in die DNL, wo er mit 50 Scorerpunkten in 42 Spielen (inkl. Playoffs) zu den Leistungsträgern gehörte. Für die slowenische U18- und U20-Nationalmannschaft bestritt er insgesamt 20 WM-Spiele, darunter Einsätze bei der U20-WM Division IA.
