Benjamin Conz wurde am 13. September 1991 in St. Ursanne, Schweiz, geboren. Der 1,79 Meter große und 93 Kilogramm schwere Torhüter spielt mit der rechten Fanghand und stammt aus dem Nachwuchs des HC Ajoie. Conz ist bekannt für seine robuste Statur, schnelle Reaktionen und sein sicheres Stellungsspiel. Trotz seiner etwas kleineren Körpergröße bringt er eine beeindruckende Präsenz im Tor und viel Erfahrung mit. Er gilt als verlässlicher Rückhalt, der mit großer Konzentration auch in schwierigen Situationen Ruhe bewahrt. Seine konstante Leistung macht ihn zu einem wichtigen Spieler in der Schweizer Eishockeyszene.
